Join our four-week Yoga Beginner Series at DanceBridge Dance Studio, perfect for those new to yoga. Led by Yoga Alliance certified instructor Eileen McCartney, classes run Thursdays from 8:00–8:45 PM beginning February 5th for a 4 week session, focusing on gentle movement, breath, and foundational poses in a welcoming, supportive environment.
